Under my Umbrella - Featuring Cherri Lane winter must haves
Posted on 12 July 2017
The soggy season has hit Australia and I'm looking high and low for stylish and retro style friendly ways to protect myself from the horrors of winter. There is nothing worse that spending forever setting and styling your hair only to have it ruined by the wind and rain.
But there is nothing worse that having an ugly umby and luckily we have just received a ton of waterproof amazingly stunning vintage inspired styles.
Such a classic and bold style that makes me think of witches and has that little bit of gothic/psychobilly sas! The defined and bold lines create an amazing shape and when you look closer you will noticed the tiny black polka dot print on all of the trimming.
I'm currently lusting after the classic red and black versions umbrella as they suit so many of my outfits. These are great for protecting you against the sun as well so if you are planning some gothic pinup looks for the warmer months you can use these all year round!
Looking for something a little more fancy and sweet? Well look no further as the laced edge umbrella is absolutely adorable. With the same amazingly bold point but less of structural focus and lots of laced ruffle detail.
Oh the outfit these inspire!! I can't get enough of each shape and colour selection and my lust list is getting huge. For this version though I think the teal/green and brown/white versions need to come home with me.
Which will you be snapping up?
